Food Prepared by Enzymes

On this site I present my new books– under the general serial name "HOT ENZYME NUTRITION". I’ll unveil the secret of a new way of cooking, which is based on the use of enzymes at elevated temperatures.

In this miracle method, the enzymes work under optimized conditions, so they can do their job very quickly. As a result, the food is produced that is completely digestible and not contaminated with waste. And do not be surprised – this food is really tasty

You can cook food from cereals and not be afraid of gluten – it is simply not here! You can make dairy products free of casein – almost all of it turns into peptides. This wonderful food can be prepared at home in about one hour! You can prepare not only cereals, but also legumes, mushrooms, vegetables, greens, nuts and even unripe fruits!

Raw eaters and those who have met problems with digestion will especially benefit from this way of nutrition, since it greatly improves food assimilation.
